45-5: Mikuni Easykit 1999 to present Harley Davidson Twin Cam, 1990 to 1999 Harley Davidson Big Twin Evo. Includes 45mm carb, air box adapter, instructions.

For the maximum available increase in all round performance and power available, this kit will instantly impress. As this carburetor has a larger spigot diameter than the stock item and will not fit into your manifold, you must use a H-D Screamin Eagle Manifold Kit or better still either a Mikuni HS42/061-45 Evo or Hs42/061-45TC Twin Cam Manifold which are for use on all engines with stock length cylinders. It is always recommended to replace your manifold to head o-ring gaskets when fitting a new manifold. Sorry not available through Mikunioz. For fitment of S&S Shorty air-cleaners to a Mikuni HSR carb, some material will need to be ground off the outer edge of the S&S backing plate to allow for clearance giving total unimpeded movement of the return arm on the carburetor. See the picture showing the required modification.
