Harley CV carburetor Sportster or big twin OEM 40 MM 27035-90 rebuilt

Harley OEM CV carburetor 27035-90 rebuilt by expert. I added a brass inlet, and polished the vacuum slide and venturi. This came off of a 1990 FXR with only 6,000 original miles on it. This carburetor has a cable bracket for a big twin motor. If you plan on running this on a Sportster motor, let me know and I will change the cable guide to a Sportster bracket.

This is an ideal carburetor to replace a worn out carburetor. It has a 165 main and a 42 pilot. Let me know and I will install any size you need at no additional charge. These jets are a typical range for an 80 inch stock Shovelhead or Evolution motor. This can be set up to run on any size motor.

What you see in the photos is what you will get. This carb has not had any modification to it other than the addition of the brass inlet and the polished slide and venturi. This carb is as nice inside and out as any you will find. These are Chinese clones and are poorly made with the cheapest of material. Always look for the bar & shield logo on the carb body if you want an OEM carburetor.
